The Training Circle

The Training Circle UK is a highly established market leader in the delivery of various training courses, workshops and seminars across the UK.

They are a sub-contractor for various Prime and Sub-contractor organisations, working with the unemployed through the Government’s Flexible New Deal, New Deal, Response to Redundancy, Pathways and the DWP’s Work Programme.  The Training Circle deliver consulting and training courses in the following areas: Security, First Aid and Health and Safety.

PilotBean were selected in 2014 to re-design the website and redevelop the back end course management solution.  The goal of the project was to allow users to easily locate and book a variety of courses  but also allowing the administrators the flexibility to create and publish course details as well as manage realtime bookings.  After completing the full consultation and scoping phase PilotBean delivered a bespoke solution for course and venue bookings, pupil management, course notification alerts and full Ecommerce integration.
